• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
• Final pricing is confirmed before any work commences
• Additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. For ongoing contracts, invoices are issued monthly with 14-day payment terms.

5. Guarantees

Guarantees and follow-up arrangements depend on the individual provider and the treatment required. You can discuss any guarantees directly with the provider before work begins.

6. Access and Preparation

Customers must provide reasonable access to the affected areas and follow any preparation instructions provided prior to treatment. Failure to prepare as instructed may affect the effectiveness of the treatment.

7. Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge.

Providers should be fully insured with public liability cover for work carried out. Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided by the provider. Watford Pest Control Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from the pest infestation itself.
